All orders ship from Ohio, USA.
We process orders within 3-5 business days. Customers will be notified of any delays.
Successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation email with all of the order details. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure you have entered the full and correct shipping address prior to submitting your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you have entered/provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you resubmit your order.
All shipping prices are based on the weight of your order and destination. We only ship within the United States. Shipping may take 4-6 business days in addition to processing. Delays can occur due to high volume orders or postal service issues/delays that are outside of our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Return and Exchange Policy Information
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
If you have items damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof of the damage.
Sale or Custom Items: All sale and custom items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Journals: These can be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in their original condition, within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Make a Return or Exchange:
Contact Us: Be sure to include your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5–7 business days. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as the return is processed.
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. There cannot be any signs of wear or use.
The return must be requested within the specified timeframe from the delivery date.
